JOB TITLE: TMS ADMINISTRATOR – PLANNING.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the administration of the company Timesheet Management System (TMS) by ensuring timely submission, compilation, input of time records from all departments into the system, monitoring of staffs’ man hours utilization and ensuring all projects are properly set up.
  • Provide briefing and training on TMS, to respond to any matters or inquiries raised by users regarding TMS and to liaise with IT and TMS vendor on any matters that require further assistance from them.
  • Coordinate with other department on matters related to TMS.
  • Assist Planning Engineer whenever required.
  • Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competency, as required by their supervisor from time to time.
  • Integrate and/or consider Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) element in all activities to ensure company’s QHSSE objectives and targets are met.
