Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage monthly accounting including Inter-company accounts receivables and payables, treasury, and general ledger.
· Review complete P&L and B/S accounts to find rechargeable cost and track separately.
· Overview of end-to-end intercompany recharge processing and related activity, i.e. accounting for intercompany recharges in and recharges out, maintain backups and settlements.
· Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
· Preparation of weekly and monthly cash forecast summary.
· Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide timely information and support such as preparation of Schedules and supporting documents.
· Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
· Account for and contribute to the production of monthly/quarterly/annual closing process for assigned entities.
· Responsible for posting & managing the book of accounts on a daily basis i.e. Accruals, reclass, adjustment, amortization, provisions etc.
· Preparation & submission of monthly MIS Report to the Corporate after complete job closure and ledger reconciliations.
· Account for, reconcile and report on Fixed Assets as appropriate.
· Any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Essential Qualification & Skills:
· Semi qualified Chartered Accountant / ICWA (Cost Accountant) / Postgraduate in Accounting & Finance is recommended.
· Minimum of six years of hands-on experience as a financial accountant or similar is recommended.
· Excellent social and communication skills.
· Advanced level on Microsoft Office (Excel – Pivot Tables, Word and PowerPoint).
· Adherence to deadlines to work on own initiative a requirement.
· Technical accounting knowledge in Oracle fusion.
· Works effectively under pressure.
