JOB TITLE: Assistant Project Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in the overall planning, execution, and completion of the Project.
· This role assists in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
· The Assistant Project Manager acts as a key liaison between team members and stakeholders (including but not limited to both government authorities, service providers, contractors and any other third-party organization relevant to Project) and may represent the Project Manager in meetings or during periods of absence.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Required: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent Experience.
· Required: Minimum experience in Project Execution, with at least year in senior supervisory positions, with Solid knowledge of oil and gas industry practices, regulations, and standards Technical.
· Management of quality of production.
· Management of Surface facilities.
· Project management.
· Management of Well performance, operations, and surveillance, well work.
· Result focused.
· Critical thinking, problem solving & trouble shoot.
· Tendering & contracting management.
· Budgeting and financial performance.
· Knowledgeable of contract development and UAE laws & regulations.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.
· Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
