JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRANSFORMATION COORDINATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scoping analytics and research to support the development of business cases for change
Set up transformation KPIs to support evaluation and reporting
Support the Head of BD with project planning, communication and engagement plans and delivery of transformation initiatives
Set up and maintain a system for recording all transformation and bid projects
Gather and report transformation progress, benefit delivery
Flag delays, issues and risks to Head of BD
Provide lessons learnt reports
Contribute and produce post transformation initiative evaluation reports
Proactively identify areas for transformation and execute tasks to solve issue
Analyse data to convert into meaningful information for communication to stakeholders
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Experience in organising and prioritising multiple tasks and workloads and meeting deadlines.
Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
Project management qualification or equivalent experience in the delivery of projects desirable but not essential
Experience of implementing change through varying approaches
Experience and evidence of working in partnership to deliver change and service improvement.
Experience of analysing and interpreting complex data and producing relevant management reports.
Experience of balancing conflicting workloads and priorities
Experience of using software solutions.
Use analytical and judgement skills, including understanding and application of statistical and numerical data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including formal presentation skills, influencing and negotiating.
Experience of facilitating group discussions.
Set out conclusions and recommendations clearly and concisely in a range of written and verbal styles to reflect the needs of the audience.
Works flexibly, prioritises workload and resources in response to changing demands and requirements.
Evidence of the ability to involve teams in analysis of situation and solution development; persuade teams to take on new ways of working and to constructively challenge the status quo.
