JOB TITLE: SENIOR RECRUITER – DEPLOYMENT HUB
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac’s “Nine Life Saving Rules”.
- ‘Live’ our Petrofac Values and apply them in day-to-day work.
- Contribute to Deployment Hub strategic plan to achieve business excellence.
- Manage a complex workload to deliver the provision of temporary workers for a diverse range of positions in a timely and cost-efficient manner to meet client requirements. Often at short notice requiring additional out of normal office hours.
- Proactively establish resourcing requirements through resource planning and engagement with stakeholders to achieve business deliverables.
- Sourcing candidates to build and maintain talent pipelines through identifying and engaging with candidates, establishing relationships, maintaining contact and using the candidates market knowledge to feed into the Development Hub Strategy.
- Provide advice and support in relation to IR35 regulations, employment of Ltd Co services.
- Provide mentorship and daily line management to a small team of Recruiters and/or Logistics Coordinators.
- Ensure all candidates have met the required competence and training standards.
- Ensure all Deployment Hub activities are in compliance with company processes.
- Monitor PowerBi dashboards, ensuring consistency and integrity of the personnel and Deployment Hub databases in line with GDPR guidelines. Analyse data, identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Effectively communicate performance objectives to team members and ensure each individual can contribute to organisational success.
- Be familiar with and assist delivery of internal and external customers’ business priorities and objectives.
- Encourage and consolidate a team-based approach within the Deployment Hub.
- Support internal customers in maximising KPI’s.
- Develop the skills and competence of team members to improve service delivery.
- Engage with offshore employees and site management team regarding any enquiries, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Participate in out of hours on call rota.

- The postholder is expected to adhere to the Golden Rules of Safety (transitioning to ‘The 9 Lifesaving Rules in 2020) and the Petrofac Values.
- Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) / problem solving skills (5 why’s or Fishbone process).
- Interrogate and analyse data to understand trends and apply findings to future strategies.
- Performance improvement and waste elimination from processes.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Extensive working knowledge on employment of Ltd Co services and IR35 regulations.
- Demonstrable experience in International Recruitment, preferably Middle East, North and West coast of Africa.
- Demonstrable experience of recruiting across role types within Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Construction and New Energy.
- Ability to make recommendations regarding candidates technical skills based on own knowledge.
- Demonstrable experience of leading day to day activities and meeting project timelines for a recruitment team.
- Using technology such as social media, web-based recruitment applications and applicant tracking systems - in particular, experience of using Oracle, Taleo and/or other recruitment databases is advantageous.
