Electrical Supervisor

Supervise the shift instrument team and associated activities so that they achieve QHSE, Integrity, Assurance, Cairn India Control of Work compliance standards and Operational goals.
Provide support to the Maintenance Manager and leadership to the shift maintenance team. Assist with the planning and scheduling of Instrument equipment and systems shutdown programmes.
Assist with shift team planning to ensure adequate coverage of instrument duties, including coverage of emergency duties.
Plan electrical teams daily and weekly work schedules.

Degree holders: Minimum of 08 years' experience within the offshore/onshore oil & gas production field, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position.
Diploma holders: Minimum of 10 years' experience within the offshore/onshore oil & gas production field, with a minimum of 6 years in a supervisory position.
