Engineer I - HVAC

1.       Excellent and proven HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) packages and systems                  Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Operation experience (minimum 10 years).

2.       Skilled in effectively handling industrial type HVAC packages and systems typically composed of: Air Handling Unit (AHU), Chiller and Compressor Units, distribution ducts and Air dampers, fans, and multi-split devices.

3.       Excellent communication and interface skills.

4.       Good leadership and teamworking skills.

5.       Able to supervise and coordinate technical staff and third parties.

6.       Able to work well under pressure and deal with unexpected situations.

7.       Willing to work on a shift basis and beyond normal working time.

8.       Good IT and analytical skills. Able to write technical reports and compile documents related to HVAC activities.

9.       Able to produce and implement detailed HVAC testing procedures and Method Statements such as but not limited to Air Balancing, Integration with Building Management and F&G Systems.

10.   Able to gather and analyze data for troubleshooting activities and performance assessment within the equipment and its interfaces.

11.   Able to investigate and fix issues by him/herself and/or implement solutions provided by Vendor.

12.   Able to ensure safe working conditions, familiar with PTW and LOTO systems.

13.   Familiar with Turnover Management Systems: ITRs, check sheets, ITP etc.
