The Role

As a Finance Graduate you will be providing support to teams covering Accounting, FP&A, Treasury and Tax. The position offers exposure to multiple finance functions and is ideal for someone looking to develop a well-rounded skill set in finance.

Some of the tasks and responsibilities associated with this role include:

Accounting

·       Participate in monthly, quarterly and year end close processes

·       Assist in the preparation of financial statements for legal entities

·       Assist with the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations

·       Assist implementing the transfer pricing policy, agreements and transactions

·       Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances

FP&A

·       Support with financial analysis to aid business decision making

·       Work on cost control, variance analysis and performance reporting

·       Assist in the preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts

Treasury

·       Support the treasury team in daily cash management, bank reconciliations processing and monitoring of cashflows

·       Participate in the preparation of treasury reports and analysis

·       Contribute to foreign exchange risk management

Tax

·       Support the tax team in gathering financial data and preparing documentation for tax filings

·       Assist in ensuring compliance with local and international tax filings

Other

·       Assist in maintaining internal controls and compliance

·       Participate in special projects, audits and process improvements - ESSA opportunities

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
