Job Title: FP&A Analyst
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
· Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
· Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with business stakeholders to improve the content and analysis of reports
· Perform detailed financial analysis on income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, backlog and working capital to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
· Assist in the preparation and consolidation of group financial results across multiple entities
· Assist in providing insightful commentary on financial performance to senior management
· Assist with the preparation of presentation material to report actuals, forecast and budget for the Executive team
· Help to develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business cases
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial understanding and cost control
· Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems
· Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and automation initiatives
· Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements as needed
Knowledge & Qualifications:
· Post-graduate finance degree with 5 years’ experience (CA Inter or CMA Inter or MBA) preferred
· Proven experience in FP&A, including budgeting and forecasting
· Experience in financial consolidation and group reporting is a plus
· Experience in financial analytics and performance reporting
· Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
· Experience in a multinational or complex business environment is advantageous
· Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel (experience with BI tools is a plus)
· Knowledge of Oracle EPM is preferred
