JOB TITLE: INTERN SUPPLY CHAIN (COMPLIANCE, ASSURANCE & GOVERNANCE) 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Provide support in completing related tasks which includes data & document management and monitoring in a timely manner.
• Assist team in Governance / Compliance / Assurance day-to-day activities.
• Prepare video, printed materials, posters for education & learning purposes or any event/campaign organized as required

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Information Science / International Business / Law with a minimum CGPA 3.3/4 or its equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Data Analytic
• Database & documentation management
• Proficient in editing software eg. In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Canva, Photoshop etc. or AI.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Resourceful, Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Creative and innovative.
• Attention to details.
• Willing to learn new things and always seeking to understand the cause and effect of any subject.
• Able to adapt to work setting and in Team or other Teams as required.
• Able to manage constraints and pressure while maintaining composure and control.
• Possess a positive attitude.
