JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP FINANCE Q3/Q4 INTAKE

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focal person for the escalation of the receiving e-invoice to the Finance Analyst and reject invoice with proper reason to vendor.
  • To assist the AP team in Supplier Master Request Form (SMRF) for vendor registration in system, to ensure the reliability of the vendor data.
  • Update daily i-Track from system to be saved in the Finance AP shared folder.
  • Assist analyst in performing Statement of Account (SOA).
  • Assist the Treasury Lead in daily task of updating FX rate & bank reconciliation.
  • Assist the Finance Analyst to processing the invoice in system.
  • Add hoc activities - on audit issues / Audit Sample by Financial Accounting Team & PSC Team/ Governance Team/ Tax Team.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in the discipline of Accountancy /finance /business administration or similar.
  • Good in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good accounting background especially on the system.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a team.
