JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP HUMAN RESOURCES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Operations (40% of time throughout the internship period)
- candidate will be exposed to the employee cycle e.g. new hire onboarding, employee movement, benefits administration and resignation.
- record maintenance and reporting.
- Payroll (20% of time throughout the internship period)
- assist in maintaining payroll data include leaves, bank account and etc.

- HRBP - to support on Recruitment, Talent Development projects and Organizational Development (40%)
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Applicants with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or its equivalent.
- Preferably with knowledge in MS Excel
- MS Office
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-Starter.
