JOB TITLE: INTERN RELIABILITY & INTEGRITY (MECHANICAL STATIC), Q1/Q2 2025 INTAKE

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·       Participate on Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Assessment for all Mechanical Static related equipment (Pressure Vessel, Piping, Subsea Pipeline, API 14K & API 14J Flexible Hoses, Manual Valves, Pedestal Cranes and overpressure system pressure safety valve / devices (PRD).

·       Participate in Fitness For Service (FFS) Assessment as per latest API 579-1 Standard on pressure vessel whenever required in Alpha Phe Software.

·       Perform Remaining Life (RL) Assessment on piping including recommendation for repair in Alpha Phe Software.

·       Participate on Corrosion Management Plan (CMP) updating and continuous monitoring based on approved Integrity Operating Window (IOW).

·       Assisting on workpack generation for inspection related works.

·       Assisting engineer-in-charge (EIC) on manpower loading planning eg offshore and onshore mobilization & demobilization planning and arrangement for Mech Static Team vendors and team member.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 

 

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Oil and Gas / Chemical / Aeronautic Engineering with a minimum CGPA 3.3/4 or its equivalent.

·       Familiarity with and ability to apply basic Mechanical Engineering principles.

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word & Power Point).

SKILLS SOFT:

·       Shall be responsive, attentive and commit to good work ethics and adhere to professional engineering code of conducts as per REA 1967 (2015).

·       Be able to work effectively with good time management and good communication skills.

 

OTHER GENERAL REMARKS:

·       Can-Do attitude to complete the tasks.

·       Preferably 6 and above duration of internship.

·       Physically fit.
