JOB TITLE : INTERNSHIP RELIABILITY & INTEGRITY (ELECTRICAL)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

1. General Operation
   • To familiar with PM-304 assets and the functionality for each facilities at offshore.

   • To familiar with Operational Risk Assessmemt (ORA) & Management Of Change (MOC) system & application.

      

      

2. General Electrical
   • Operation & Maintenance support particularly for Corrective Maintenance (CM) work activities including material.
   • Exposure and familiarization on Power Management System (PMS), Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) & Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) preventive maintenance (PM) programme.
   • To familiar with the Design Philosophy of PM-304 facilities and all related regulation.

   • To familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for PM, CM & spares inventory tracking.

      

      

3. General SCM
   • To familiar with material procurement process flow from offshore findings, material requisition, quotation request (RFQ),
     Technical Evaluation (TE/TBE) and purchase order issuance.
      
4. Site Assignment
   • To visit KSB Warehouse for familiarization of Materials & Equipments storage handling.
   • To attend Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for refurbished/purchased Electrical equipment at vendor's factory/warehouse/office faciltiy.
      

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic.

• Minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Active in Uni's activities.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing the essential functions of the role.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to Work Independently.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Understand with general electrical working philosophy & application to industrial machinery.

• Able to interpret electrical/electronic drawing or diagram i.e Single Line Diagram, Schematic Diagram.

• Has fundamental knowledge on power generation equipment/machineries i.e Generators & Motors.

• Understand the basic principle of electrical power protection system & its application.

• Basic fault finding & problem-solving skill related to electrical issues / faulty / problem.
