Lead Planning Engineer Contractor

Petrofac is seeking a Planning Engineer 1- Contractor for 12 months based in Aberdeen, UK.

The role is outside IR35 and we invite Limited Companies to engage.

The scope of services will be reviewed should there be a significant change to client support requirements.

Scope of Services:

1.     Provision of Planning expertise across all projects within the Brownfield Projects Team

2.     Direct reporting to Projects Business Stream Director with functional reporting to Corporate Planning & project Controls Managers.

3.     Day to day Coordination of the following within the Projects Group:

a.     Technical Assistance to recruitment activities.

b.     Bid Preparation Work.

c.     Project Risk Analysis.

d.     Day to day Planning on key Projects.

e.     Production of the Regular Projects reports according to client requirements and cadence.

f.       Design and production of ad-hoc reports according to internal and external requirements.

g.     Overall Coordination of the Projects group planning team

4.     Collation of Projects group data for Input to monthly Corporate performance and Governance reporting.
