JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE PLANNER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare the 28 Day & 120 Day Maximo Work Order overviews and send out group emails to the onshore/offshore team and logging into SharePoint.
  • Liaise with the offshore Maintenance Supervisor and Scheduler to complete Weekly after-action reviews & schedule summary reports and log into SharePoint.
  • Stage regular PM/PMA Work Orders into Maximo and align with their cycles.
  • Prepare the overall compliance report, send weekly update email to offshore DISR rep and log into SharePoint.
  • Prepare the plan entry criteria (PEC) meeting mins for the 28 Day / 90 Day IAP, send out group email to the onshore/offshore team and log into SharePoint.
  • Keep an eye on the roster and update the Integrated Asset Plan histogram with any changes.
  • Send out weekly email of updated Integrated Asset Plan & log into SharePoint.
  • Process AIRS requests and update the meeting mins.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in an industrial environment (preferably offshore, oil and gas, or similar sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar CMMS systems).
  • Familiarity with offshore operations and the challenges related to asset management and remote support.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, risk management, and operational procedures.
