JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION AND WATER SUPERINTENDENT
This post is based in Abu Dhabi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to the Lead of Production Operations, the Production and Water Superintendent provide overall oversight and leadership for production and water operations across client assets.
- This role is responsible for managing and supporting Water & Production Operations Supervisors, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of production and water transfer activities.
- The Superintendent acts as the central coordination point between the field and office, driving alignment with business objectives, corporate HSE standards, and cost targets.
- Provide leadership, direction, and performance management to Production & Water Operations
- Supervisors, ensuring consistency in execution and adherence to company policies.
- Translate production and water management strategies into actionable field plans and monitor their execution against KPIs.
- Oversee daily production reporting, water handling performance, and operational data, ensuring
- accuracy, reliability, and timely submission to the Production Operations Lead.
- Coordinate and align operational activities with cross-functional stakeholders (Drilling, Completions, Facilities, HSSE, Reservoir/Development) to ensure cohesive execution.
- Review and validate operational reports, identify risks, and implement improvement initiatives to
- optimize production and water management.
- Act as the key office-based escalation point for field supervisors.
- Support the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and operational planning
- documents, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring the client’s HSE standards and community engagement
- practices are consistently upheld.
