JOB TITLE: Project Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Lead activities to support project approval, including cost, schedule, and risk inputs.
•    Manage and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to deliver project outcomes.
•    Plan, resource, and deliver projects in line with agreed timelines and requirements.
•    Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
•    Monitor and drive performance across all project workstreams.
•    Work closely with project support functions (planning, cost, and commercial).
•    Manage project risks, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
•    Maintain strong communication with clients and key stakeholders.
•    Support a collaborative and positive team environment.
•    Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support effective delivery.
•    Contribute to key project reviews, risk assessments, and improvement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
•    Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
•    Project Management qualification (or working towards) highly regarded.
•    Significant experience within the energy sector, with exposure to a broad range of project management activities.
•    Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale FEED studies.
•    Strong capability in leading and engaging project teams to achieve outcomes.
•    Experience in Marine/Offshore construction, shipyard work preferred.
•    Practical understanding of construction-led planning during the design phase.
