JOB TITLE: QAQC SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QA/QC Supervisor with expertise in surface pipeline construction in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding inspection, non-destructive examination (NDE), and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) within the Oil & Gas sector.

·       Oversee QA/QC activities related to surface pipeline construction, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

·       Conduct visual weld inspections in accordance with AWS CWI or equivalent international certification.

·       Perform non-destructive testing (NDT), including Digital Radiography imaging review and analysis.

·       Ensure welding processes meet ASME B31.8 and B31.4 standards.

·       Inspect and assess sour service steel pipeline construction for X52 and X60 linepipe materials.

·       Verify compliance with CSWIP/PCN Level II certification requirements, with at least 5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.

·       Interpret and apply ADNOC’s AGES-SP-07-007 Welding & NDE specifications (preferred).

·       Support rotational shift work or remote operations, if required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

·       UAE experience in surface pipeline construction is essential.

·       Current AWS CWI certification or an equivalent international qualification.

·       CSWIP/PCN Level II certification, with 5+ years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

·       Proficiency in Digital Radiography analysis.

·       Strong knowledge of ASME B31.8 and B31.4 welding standards.

·       Experience with X52 and X60 linepipe material for sour service steel pipelines.

·       ADNOC AGES-SP-07-007 Welding & NDE knowledge (preferred).

·       Willingness to work on a rotational shift or remote basis, if required.
