JOB TITLE: Senior Engineer CMMS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Support the Lead Maintenance Engineer in planning and scheduling duties.

·        Review the medium term plans and monthly updates

·       Review the integrated 14 day schedules for executing maintenance campaigns from the activities in the 28 day plan and CMMS Work Orders

·        Provide the inputs of the 90 days and 28 days plans produced.

·        Ensure all short-term plans up to 90 days are integrated

·        Highlight clashes between activities and facilitate resolutions

·     Assure that all work within the 14 day schedule can be completed, by ensuring all resources i.e. personnel, equipment and material are available to liquidate the various work-scopes

·        Review vendor quality plans, ensure vendor equipment’s compatibility and compliance with the scope of client specifications. Coordinate with procurement, ascertain expedite of materials and equipment to site.

·        Review that the populating materials and equipment against Work Orders in the CMMS are correct.

·        Interface and regularly meet with client and vendor representatives, conduct internal staff meetings, ensure the progress of project in accordance to schedule, allotted man hours and budgeted costs. Coordinate with projects and planning departments on schedule related issues.

·        Perform departmental duties as and when directed by Direct Supervisor.

·        Supervise and develop Graduate Engineers and other engineers as assigned by Department.

·        Work on Development Standards/Data Sheets/Other Tools to improve productivity.

·       Responsible in maintaining Petrofac HSSE Policies, Life Saving Rules & Standards and perform assigned tasks and duties in accordance with instructions, safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor of Engineering 10+ years’ experience of operation experience in Oil and Gas sector in a Planning field
