JOB TITLE: System Analyst - VISMA/Disposal (Fixed -Term)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Execute and comply with HSSE plan, KPI and target to ensure business are conducted in prudent, effective and safe manner.
- Facilitate the identification of asset for reutilization or disposal and assist in providing the relevant documentation traceability to ensure disposal process is kick-off within the acceptable time upon confirmation by the end user.
- Upload, track and monitor surplus inventory upon approval by end user’s HOD in Virtual Integrated Solution for Materials (VISMA) to ensure all materials are up-to-date and the quantity in the system is tally with the physical quantity available on hand.
- Prepare, check and validate the Asset Disposal Form for management review and approval to ensure the information is correct and relevant and all the required supporting documents are complete.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the disposal process is being carried out in timely and prudent manner.
- Highlight, discuss and work on the solution with superior in case of issues with the disposal/ VISMA to ensure issues are being mitigated accordingly and minimising the impact on the overall progress.
- Track, monitor and update the Asset Disposal Tracker and close any gaps to ensure disposal turnaround time not exceeding 100 days.
- Prepare, checks, validate inventory holding quantity and value for submission of Monthly Inventory Holding Report to PETRONAS within the required deadline to ensure the correct data is provided to PETRONAS.
- Prepare, checks, validate and submit Inventory Dashboard for Monthly SCM Dashboard in timely manner.
- Check and validate availability of surplus material upon receive enquiries from PACs to ensure items are valid to be offered for external parties.
- Evaluate and present the Tender Plan and Award Recommendation Report for disposal tenders.
- Assist in providing the records and supporting documents or transaction for audit purposes.
- Assist in the annual stock count activities at onshore locations as necessary.
- Assist in conducting the training to end users as necessary.
- Suggest and support improvement initiatives for Inventory & System from time to time as necessary.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fresh graduate with relevant academic background, or candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Inventory Management Systems and material disposal processes.
- At least a diploma in Supply Chain & Warehouse Management or other relevant field, although a degree holder is preferred.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Oracle Fusion System and Virtual Integrated Solution for Materials (VISMA) System is an added advantage.
- Experience in MAXIMO System is an added advantage.
- Knowledge on PETRONAS PROCUREMENT STANDARD (PPS) and PPGUA is an added advantage.
