Technician I - Construction

PROJECT SPECIFIC JD TO FOLLOW

1. Scope of Responsibilities

Providing leadership and guidance to a single-discipline team of Petrofac craft personnel.

2. Primary Duties

 Ensures that the projects are constructed safely and to international standards, schedule, and
construction sequence
 Demonstrates a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence and leads by
example i.e., leads toolbox talks, actively involved in safety awareness training, etc.
 Knowledgeable in all facets of respective discipline construction methods and techniques, as well as
quality control and inspection requirements
 Strong advocate for quality construction installations ensuring right, the first time
 Understands and consistently applies the site work rules 
 Implements standardized construction work processes, procedures, manuals and systems
 Displays an open/honest communications style and is approachable
 Inspects the jobsite daily to ensure that the housekeeping standards are met or takes immediate action
if the standards are not being met
